Hello!

My name is Ashley Howells, owner and operator of Howells Performance LLC.

I have been coaching clients since 2015. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from NPC competitors to your general health and wellness clients. I have worked with many clients with medical health issues, under the supervision of an MD. I have worked with clients to progress them from Physical therapy to back into the gym/sports. I have worked with both males and females along the way. I have worked with several healthcare workers and first responders, I know the have there own set of special challenges to overcome and that has become my niche.

I am an IFBB Pro. I started competing in 2012, I turned pro in 2018. My last show as of right now was Texas Pro in November 2022 where I took 2nd place.

I was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 8 years.

I recently switched careers and I am now a full time Firefighter/Paramedic.

I started Howells Performance to be able to share my passion for health and fitness with others. I find it extremely rewarding to watch people reach their goals and grow their confidence.

I am a wife and a dog mom. When I am not in the gym or at work you can find me snuggled up on the couch with my two Pitbulls or hitting the trails outdoors with them. I am a huge animal lover.

My name is Johnny Howells co owner and operator of Howells Performance LLC. i grew up playing multiple sports including earning a scholarship to play football at Notre Dame College (NCAA Div. II). Since retiring from football I continued my passion for training and competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding.

I currently work as an educator, and am the varsity defensive coordinator for a local high school. I love teaching young student athletes of all sports how to train and become the best versions of themselves, and help run the strength and conditioning program for all sports, boys and girls.

When not working or in the gym. I spend most of my time at home with my wife and our dogs and cats, or playing TTRPG games like Dungeons & Dragons with my friends.
